Valencia has a long history of markets, stemming from pride in craftsmanship and artisan traditions. Nowadays, most residential districts (barrios) have their own market as well as weekly street markets.<\/p>\n

In each place we visit, we try to go to the outdoor markets when possible. We love sampling local home-made pastries, looking at the arts and crafts and best of all, being part of the culture.<\/p>\n

This page will provide listings for the street markets in Valencia including the day that they take place on and what streets they can be found on. Remember that the markets are usually open from 9:00am \u2013 2:00pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
