We provide daily in-home care for your cat(s) and dog(s) while you are away from home, on vacation, in hospital, etc.

What we offer

We take care of pets of every type, age, and phase of life because we truly love animals. We show it with every cuddle, belly rub, long walk, scratch behind the ear, and treat we give. We are your trusted sidekick for a healthy and happy pet because we deliver trusted, quality care and a stress-free experience for you.

Effective June 2022

We require pet parents to cover our travel costs outside of Alicante City. We use the train or BlaBlaCar, whichever can accommodate your booking. Approximate cost is 60€.

Due to ongoing Covid related health concerns and if you are traveling outside of Spain, we prefer to not have face-to-face contact with you upon your return. When possible, we will continue to stay at your home with your pet(s) for up to 30 minutes before you arrive. Once we are sure you are on your way, we will leave the keys at a pre-determined location or keep a set for the next time.

Nervousness is Normal
We’re here to help and our goal is to keep your pet happy, healthy and safe while they’re in our care. We’ll love your pets and provide the best care we possibly can.
How do I schedule pet care services?
To request pet care services, please fill out our pet parent form. Once we go over your requirements, we will be in touch and confirm our availability.
Can I meet the person(s) that’s going to be watching my pet(s)?
For first time clients, we require an in person interview at your home with you and your pet.
I need pet sitting services starting tonight or tomorrow, can you help?

While we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate last-minute requests, this often causes us to change and shift our own personal schedules. We will do our best to help you out when possible.

What if my pet doesn’t get along with other animals or people, can I still use your services?
Absolutely. We only work with one pet-family at a time.
What if I have a lot of cats, can you still help?
While we do have clients who have numerous cats, we like to see the home and the conditions prior to accepting. If the living conditions are safe and sanitary for the cats then more than likely we’d be able to care for them. On the other hand, if the living conditions are unsafe for the kitties or humans, we’ll discuss this with you and try and help you figure out a solution and how we CAN help you.
I’m nervous about having someone in my home, is this normal?
It’s perfectly fine to be scared or nervous and we appreciate you being cautious. Having a person in your home that you’ve never met can be a little nerve-wracking but we work really hard to be as transparent as possible about who we are and how we work.
Can you clean my house too?
We are not a house cleaning service. We are here to care for your pet(s). However, we do maintain the cleanliness of your home like we would our own. We do take care of cleaning up after your pet(s) (pooper scoopers!) including home accidents.
How much does your service cost?

We show our affection for pets by caring for them deeply. While our travel expenses from Alicante to Valencia amount to approximately 60€, we do not impose a fixed cost for our services. However, we gratefully accept a daily allowance, with an average amount of 20€ per day.
